PILOT Thermosensitive Ink
A new
generation of gel ink which becomes invisible as a result of heat.
Initially coloured (black, blue, red...) the thermosensitive ink becomes
transparent above 60 Degrees Centigrade. Thermosensitive ink pens
therefore have a special tip allowing the paper to be heated quickly
without damaging it. Conversely, a temperature of less than -10 Degrees
Centigrade makes the ink reappear. Changes can be made as many times as
you wish.
Thanks to the patented thermo-sensitive ink, PILOT has - true to
tradition - revolutionised writing with the erasable pen Pilot Fineliner
Pointer. Save yourself money and be kind to the environment by
refilling your Pilot Fineliner Pointer instead of buying a new one - it's never been easier to be green!
Because of the erasable ink, Pilot Fineliner Pointer must not to be used for
signatures, legal documents, examination papers or other documents
where writing needs to be of a permanent nature. Effectiveness and
writing comfort thanks to the unique fluidity and ultra-softness of the
Pilot gel ink.
CAUTION
Erasable pens are not recommended for use on legal or official documents. Do not expose to extreme temperatures (less than 14 Degrees Fahrenheit, greater than 140 Degrees Fahrenheit). If pen is exposed to temperature that reaches 140 Degree Fahrenheit,
the ink will be colourless when writing. To restore colour, cool to at
least 14 Degree Fahrenheit in freezer and the ink will again write in
colour.
