  • If your delivered product(s) comply to the Conditions for Returns mentioned here at Returns, then only you would be eligible for Refunds.
     

Refunds

Amount will be refunded after we receive the parcel and it meets the refund terms & conditions.
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Store Credit (You can receive a discount code which will allow you to use the amount in future purchases).

NOTE: We try our best to resolve all complaints from our customers, but sometimes they are valid and sometimes they are not valid.
